Where are you located?
-
The address is 11075 S State St, Ste 11B, Sandy, Utah 84070
-
It can be a little difficult finding the office. Google and Apple maps often send people to the cemetery that is directly south of the office complex.
-
The office complex is on the east side of state street directly across from a restaurant called Vessel Kitchen. Butler Chiropractic is located in the center of the office complex.
-
If you get lost trying to find the office, please call my office phone number at 385-246-3626. If I don’t answer my phone I might be with a patient and can’t answer immediately. If that is the case, please leave a voicemail or send a text message. Otherwise, please ask somebody in one of the other buildings and I’m sure they will be kind enough to direct you to the correct location.
